Hospitality
In hospitality, four- & five-star hotels are part of the global scene, your professional territory. Obviously, alongside good Dutch, you'll speak English. This bi-lingual course will also enable you to speak with your guests in confident English.
Looking ahead, you may work for an international hotel or restaurant chain, that will mean regular postings abroad. With your knowledge of international etiquette and culture you'll always be at home!
With this course you can acquire a (optionally) the international British BTEC-certificate.
Catering
Do you like, as a (trainee) chef, to prepare daily meals for people or do you prefer to take care of them during their special night out?
As a (trainee) chef you will have learnt an extensive knowledge of all kinds of dishes and preparation techniques. You know the difference between frying, cooking and baking. You can also distinguish a béchamel-sauce from a Hollandaise-sauce. With the help of your kitchen-chef most of the preparation activities should go smoothly.
With this course you acquire (optionally) the British BTEC-first diploma in Hospitality.
